The rooms, hotel and exterior were clean. The front desk clerk was clearly upset and stressed out. There were no pool towels , which the clerk blamed on ineffective employees. The housekeeping staff does a good job but are not friendly. We greeted several of them, "Good morning" without even a smile or acknowledgement. The breakfast is hot and the pool and hot tub are nice for kids and adults. Strangely enough, our room had a shower head but no way to turn it on so we could only take baths.

The staff was freindly but felt. they were over worked for a big event need more on when guests in building not 5 house keepers when leaving. Had an issue with slow flow toilet and poor night auditor had to hunt down a plunger and than we un pluged it ourselves Asked for extra towels when checked in and they said would get in morning they were put in bag out side our room. Breakfast not so good sorry when paying 540.00 for two nights would love ro have every thing working. Tv only got 5 channels and phone didnt work. I had H... read more

We spent 2 days here for a car show and the staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean will definitely be back and highly recommend!
