Can't give you a review about the rooms but I can tell you the staff was 10/10. Ms. Rose gave us top tier customer service and was what every hotel should strive for. I booked through hotels.com and when it came time to check in Ms. Rose couldn't find my reservation. She proceeded to make sure all my information was correct and once we knew it was on the websites end she helped find several numbers to call and attempt to resolve. Here is everyone warning please, please, if you are visiting Houston, Texas and near Pearland, TX. Are if you are visiting Pearland, TX don't stay at this hotel. Sleep Inn & Suite Pearland TX. 1908 Country Place Parkway, Pearland, TX 77584. I stay here while letting the kids attend Dawson high-school while working on getting a house. Unfortunately, I ended up stay at this Hotel from Aug 2025 to June 2026 never missed a payment. The manger is on a power trip very unprofessional and unintelligent. We had late arrival. The room seemed fine at first but then it was very humid. At some point the A/C stopped working and we woke up super sweaty and the room was so humid the sheets and our clothing were damp. Not sure what happened with that. I asked to use the guest laundry room , which we were assisted with but the massage too our money without disputing the detergent. It's only about 15 minutes to medical center in Houston. Very clean and friendly. It was 2 women and we felt safe
