WOW‼️ Bureaucratic paperwork Required to out then check back in to complete 1st Day request - move to different room 'cause bathroom door didn't close, phone not near bed, no outlets available for charging phone. 2nd Day request - activate room key - escalated into blame, finger pointing, threats, and denial of entry. I didn't witness the 2nd day blow up. Didn't receive my discounted rate ‼️ Checked out of this hotel early
August 31st to September 2, 2025 Ok please be aware of bed bugs at this location. I stayed for 2 nights and on the first night waking up my arm was ate the hell up and was itching real bad. I really didnt know know if I had a bad reaction to something. But on that second night waking up I saw the bed bug. I KILLED 1 and the others was alive and crawling on the bed. I’m staying here because I really don’t have a choice at the moment. The rates are reasonable. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The whole time I was checking in the associate said nothing to me. She was on her phone the entire time. The rooms are ok but the smell is not.
wouldn't clean my room. asked me to leave so i could not see how she was cleaning.
