Great rooms, great location and great prices. But what really stands out is the customer service. Made a reservation for 2 nights, not aware that I'd been redirected to a 3rd party booking site. Arrived and found that I'd been canceled by the 3rd party. Several calls to them with ZERO resolution. While this was going on, Sleep Inn was selling out, and FAST. Have stayed here a couple times now and so far both times have been great. Lisa at the front desk has been amazing, so incredibly helpful and kind. We stayed with our dogs both times, just one $25 pet fee for the whole stayed. Nice hot breakfast, from 7am to 9am I believe, with plenty of options to choose from. Definitely our go to hotel for any future travels and will be recommending to anyone needing a hotel in Wichita.

Lisa at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She was very down to earth and "real" when having a conversation with her like she loved her job! We had a late check-in and greatly enjoyed our 2 bed queen room. The bathroom was spacious, and the beds were comfortable enough for our one night stay. The heated pool was a nice touch, and breakfast was warm and welcoming with really good biscuits and gravy. The location was perfect and clean, near food, gas and shops.
