I made the reservation in the middle of the night.The gentleman after I went in to pay for the room and get the key.I was told my service.Animal was not allowed when I called customer service.Customer service says that there's a no refund policy.Even though it's been fifteen minutes ago, i'm very disappointed with the fact that they didn't take just twenty thirty dollars.They stayed with a whole seventy five dollars or some change of mind.And I am going to be writing corporate about this.And this little clause that they have... read more
