I have been staying at this hotel for nearly 20 years now and they have not been keeping up the maintenance on the building. On my last visit I noticed a lot of construction going on. And now we know why - it's was being fixed up to be sold. This hotel is no longer a Sleep Inn and is now part of the Hilton Family.
Choice Hotels you better make it right! I made a reservation for 6 nights at a property you KNEW was no longer a Choice property and my reservation was 'Non-refundable, No Changes, No Cancellations'. I drove 13 hours to a hotel that told me I had no room, so I had to scramble to find another property to put me up for 6 nights and it cost me another $225. I've been fighting your customer service reps for 2 days for a refund and compensation since you KNEW and ALLOWED this booking to take place even though it was not as Choice... read more
I could only give it a one star cause it's not there anymore but takes reservations online, after taking ur money it's hell getting it back, then if u don't stay on it u will lose ur money and they will try and change u a fee the new name is Spark by Hilton, so Sleep Inn is no longer available, and since I didn't stay there I couldn't give a review on this new hotel 🤷♀️ and for that I do apologize
