Desafortunadamente tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con la atención al cliente . La Señora que nos atendió no fue muy amable y tampoco respetuosa. El correo de confirmación no me llego y volví a llamar y me contestó la misma señora. Volvió a comportarse de forma poco amable y me interrumpía al hablar. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, good water pressure, decent free breakfast. Easy check in and check out

The rooms are really clean ans housekeeping was great. The breakfast was ok. Some mornings were better than others. The pool was ok but had too much chlorine. The laundry room had only 1 washer and 1 dryer and room was clean. The location was great for us because it was close to freeway, stores and restaurants. Will consider staying here again

Excellent Service Excellent Room Rachele was the best. Rachele went out of her way to make sure I was in a room that met my physical needs. Way to go Sleep Inn for hiring such a caring person.
