After 2 weeks of stay with zero issues I’m beside myself due to the experience I had at this hotel. Timmy Escobar is unprofessional and has no place in the hospitality business. After having my card information stolen and my card being subsequently locked I informed the front desk of what was going on. In return I’m berated at the front desk in front of the entire front lobby at 8am about giving them a new card number which I was actively on the phone with my bank trying to obtain. Staff discriminates against disabilities! I heard a manager tell an employee when she stated she needed more training because of autism that she was a liability and fired her on the spot!!!!! Don't stay here!!!!!
Our stay was wonderful, we were exhausted and the mattresses did not disappoint! Our room was very clean andStaff was very friendly and helpful. Our biscuits and gravy with sausage and bacon were delicious! They also had fruit, juices and eggs Thank you!
Overall good stay and nice hotel for the money. A few minor glitches that make stays much better. Room was spacious and clean. Checked in late. Someone was at desk but took awhile to get checked in. Found out the next day she only programmed key cards for one night and not the two nights we were staying. Housekeeping checked if additional towels or toiletries were needed next morning. Did not seem to be many people at hotel. Limited breakfast each day. Staff waited until guests pointed out items were out before replenishing.
Great service, specially at front Desk, they so attentive and helpful. Breakfast is good. Love it keep it up.
