Pros: Rooms were cleaned every morning Indoor pool and hot tub Gym Clean bathrooms and bathtub Sheets and towels were always clean Breakfast included in the mornings Laundry room on site, but it uses quarters, not card swipe Close to the airport Very close to Walmart Mexican restaurant across the street Gas stations close by Liquor stores close by Easy access to the main highways Refrig... read more
Any port in a storm! We used the Choice App... looking for an indoor hot tub & pool. This was the only property that popped up. A quick call to confirm got an abrupt "No!" it's not working. The lack of "customer service" skills continued upon check in. She was just not welcoming or anything "meeting" basic customer service; let alone, "above & beyond." They kicked use out for something we did not do don't book
Booked a room for my nephew several weeks ago. Without any notice, the manger canceled the booking. ZERO notification. Sent the nephew with the confirmation number and that's when we found out. I had made the booking in person and provided info of there was an issue. Apparently, this manager has zero concept of courtesy much less customer service.
