The front desk lady was disrespectful and hung up on me when I called for service around my wifi not working. When I called her back she told me that "that's how she was taught". I called the corporate line to complain and they never called me back. We had 3 rooms and were there for a funeral. Couldn't believe it.
Waren für 2 Nächte hier um den Zion Nationalpark zu besuchen. Das Zimmer war sauber, kein Safe, dafür aber ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage ist leider sehr laut, sodass wir sie nachts nicht nutzen konnte. Frühstück gab es, aber leider nicht lecker.
Room was very spacious; staff was very kind; breakfast was as good as any 3-star hotel breakfast. 35 min drive to Zion visitor center, some nice restaraunts nearby (yu kitchen and el rancho both great + some fast food)
