My family has booked this hotel for family reunion several times. This year we booked our stay for Aug 8-13, 2019. First night I was bitten severely by BED BUGS. Moved to another room to find clock roaches. Of course this was brought to the attention of the sorry manager (Tina) who gave me excuse but never an apology. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! My medication was taken from my room. Manager indicated that housekeeper said she did not take it (I didn't expect a confession). There was no apology or regret for my loss in any way from the manager. It was implied that I was making this up because why would anyone take medicine from a 7-day pill box when they don't know what the medication was.
