I didn't think it be the best hotel, but I also did not think it would also be as bad as it actually was, especially for the price. First just the overall musky almost moldy smell of the hotel is God awful, it's seeped into the bed rooms, it's in the pillows, and it's in the bedding. When I entered the room it was pretty run down looking. The humidity level was very high even though the ac was on. The bedding was slightly damp from the humidity and smelled stale. Location is wonderful. Lots of places to eat close by. Service was great. Quick check in. The room was almost great. The bed was comfy, it had a nice tv and a coffee pot. The entire place could have been cleaner.
For the prices these motels charge they should be way cleaner. The clump of hair was in the bed when I turned the blanket down and there was long black hair all in the shower. The cleaning ladies need to do better. And none of this is my hair because I am a natural blonde.
Jatin Shah General Manager Is Unprofessional Disrespectful and Rude . I travelled all the way from Kentucky from To Dothan For A Family Reunion In Blakey Ga. When I arrived at the hotel I had me and my 4 kids and 1 adult. The booking was reserved for two adults by mistake on Expedia and could have been corrected by the woman at the front desk she clearly seen my kids and did not charge for them instead she talked to us about Panama beach.
