Bruce is a very nice and helpful night clerk. My only complaint is this hotel puts their toilet paper rolls under instead of over. NC is a strictly over state.

The management is unprofessional and you can see that with how she answers the reviews we found a bug in the room and had to change rooms wont be staying here again they give choice hotels a bad reputation.

I used to stay at this hotel and the management was spot on. However, the new management not so much. The desk service was friendly, but the room had some kind of bug in it on no pro but it looked like a bedbug so we changed rooms . The manager was screaming from the office, totally unprofessional when I brought it to her attention. I won’t be staying there again needless to say. Really gone downhill giving choice Hotels, a bad name!
