Rooms need updating as well as water park. Staff was excellent!
Was excited to stay here and brings the kids to the Waterpark, however when we got into our room there was 2 dead Beatles (I think they were beatles) one in the bathroom and one by the beds, not a good first impression. Then we went to the Waterpark and found another dead beatle floating in the pool. Kiddy pool was absolutely disgusting, so cloudy you could barely see your hands. We have stayed here a few times and it has slowly gotten worse each time. The waterpark pool and hot tub were very dirty, and you could tell it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The bed frame on one of the beds had pieces sticking out, and my husband cut his leg on one of them just from walking by it. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart. Everyone that worked there did not seem happy about it and were not very friendly (aside from John that was working breakfast). I doubt we will stay again.
Nice hotel with a fun Waterpark! Breakfast was delicious and they provided plenty of options for everyone to eat. Check in was fast and easy, lady at the front desk was really friendly! Air conditioner worked great and kept super cold in the room.
