To:Hotel Owner Hotel location is excellent! But, It is the dirtiest hotel I've ever been.Airconditioning sucks!Carpet were dirty when we arrived.So I borrowed a vaccum and personally do it with my own. Hope some company will buy this hotel and improve the room,carpet,bed.Train housekeeping department on how to clean properly.
Room was dirty and gross. Pool was just as bad. This place has gone downhill. Would not recommend and would not return.
We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2025. When you check in you are greeted with a sign that states "Due to Covid, housekeeping will only be offered every 5 days". This means if you stay the entire month of February your room will be cleaned exactly 5 times. During our 3 night stay our keycard quit working at least 5 times. It may have been more but I lost count. You can tell the staff deals with this often because when you visit the front desk to get the card re-activated they don't even ask for an ID, simply tell them you... read more
