Spent 10plus thousand on 6 rooms for 2 week shift and asked repeatedly for a room service every 3rd day and never happened will not be returning
The rooms were the best part of the stay, and that's not saying much. This hotel is EXTREMELY dated and in need to more renovation. The good part was what little money for upkeep was spent in the rooms. The beds were nice and clean, and the hard floors made the room cleaner. The furniture was beat up and in need of replacement, but it worked. However, that was the best part. We were in Columbus for an event that ended at 8:30 PM. The pool at Sleep Inn closed at 8 PM. We chose this hotel because of the pool. Front desk kept the pool open to 10 PM so my kids could swim!! Front desk associate was super nice and friendly!! Great hotel, great staff!!
all the beds were dirty and covered in blood, staff apparently didn't have anyone to wash them when we questioned
Checked in and room was old, chipped furniture and swollen wood from mini fridge leak, sink drains real slow and told front desk and said they didn't know if maintenance was coming today and that was Friday so on Sat afternoon ask if they came and was told no they would be there for a list of stuff to fix on sunday of course that's the day I check out. This was my 1st time here and last time. Other friends had problems in there room also but nothing gets resolved same day, I wonder what would they do if there was a backup or... read more
