Probably nicest motels we've stayed at in Des Moines area. Staff is outstanding!!
Very friendly staff, clean room with a comfortable bed.
Update. 2 years ago I wrote a great review for this place. Stayed last night and its still wonderdul. The same amazing woman checked us in. The breakfast had expanded and is probably rhe best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I stayed here for 3 weeks. It is a very clean place. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is 1 employee that was exceptional on the evening shift. I just wish I remembered her name, but she was here almost everyday.
So my semi truck broke down Friday. I was told 2 days to fix. Kenworth in ankeny got it done in 1 day.. how ever this hotel( Perva Atell the general manager)is refusing to to refund the 2nd saying i had a late check out ( 1:30) and had to pay for the 2nd day.. so obviously these people could careless about customers and care more about their money.. damn shame
In a good location that's close to everything, but the constant construction at one of the exits made it a longer walk to get to and from our room out the building.
