This hotel is a little older but was still in good shape. The staff were amazing. Everyone I encountered always said hello with a smile on their face; from housekeeping to maintenance and the front desk. I was greeted whenever I came in and left the hotel. Shannon was by far the most amazing. Her customer service and friendliness made me feel very welcome from the minute I checked in. The breakfast was good. I made an accident on the reservation and they couldn’t have compassion and courtesy to just honor that I paid for a night. I was driving through. Very disappointed hotels like these are an option on your site.

This hotel is in an up and coming area. It’s not to where it needs to be… yet. It is clean. It’s just dated. The breakfast attendant was honestly the nicest person in the world. She made such a great impression. All in all, we’re glad we stayed there for a night. I probably would not want to stay for longer, though.

I was in town for one night to pick up a vehicle and needed a place for my family of four to sleep. This hotel was the closest option and had a 3.6-star rating, so we decided to give it a try. The night shift clerk at check-in was friendly and helpful, which is the main reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. We were initially assigned Room 304.
