After spending one night in January, I left my AirPods in my room. I called the hotel 30 minutes after being on the road. Staff immediately located them, and suggested I send a prepaid fed ex label, which I did. They confirmed they received it. After 2 and a half months and many calls and texts promising to send them to me, I still have not received my air pods. We needed a place to sleep on our way home from Florida. Right on the highway clean comfortable. What more can you ask?
I wouldn't recommend anyone too stay at this hotel.. This was my first time and last my card had been over charged for only two nights and I didn't notice until I wanted to book for another night too find out they are taking extra money from my card then they suppose too.. I will never stay at this hotel site again.. Not only that when I arrive I was giving two different rooms first one maintenance guys were there fixing windows too only go in another room that they had given me the windows was completely out so they gave me... read more
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed for one night and was somehow charged twice the amount for another night under a name / room number that was not mine. I called the hotel to resolve this issue and management was nonexistent and giving me the runaround for three days. I still have not heard back from the manager. I was told that maybe there is a hacking within their system and that it has been very weird lately. I called the corporate number and they were not as helpful as you would expect.
