I was very disappointed when we got to the hotel. My reservation was for 2 king beds. Unfortunately, they were queen. There was no reimbursement. We came with multiple families (softball team) and every single family had registered for 2 kings, but when no one got the king beds, as promised, the staff mentioned that there are only 2 rooms in the entire hotel that have 2 king beds, and they are based on a first come first serve basis.
