Our stay at Sleep Inn & Suites in Colby, Kansas, was great! The rooms were clean & the beds were cozy & comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options. The staff was friendly & courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We would love to go back if we pass by from there again. Highly recommended!
Horrible hotel and the worst I've ever stayed at in Colby, KS. I stayed at this hotel for 2 solid week and only got my room cleaned twice. I had to beg the front desk clerk to even remove trash after she claimed I was getting every other day service. The breakfast is the worst and of the lowest quality I've ever experienced. The room walls looked like someone had been shot in my hotel and they failed to paint the walls to cover the crime. Not a trustworthy place. Never got to stay there they sold my room to someone else and lied and said that a third party canceled it. I booked through American Airlines with miles so they didn’t care. Very unprofessional staff at sleep in and suites in Colby, KS
