Made reservations (2) months in advance no problem, until I arrived on May 1, 2026 that afternoon the front desk clerk checked me in but, upon entering the room I noticed it was NOT A suite!? The phone was out of order went to find out what the problem was? Clerk stated, "all SUITES were filled"!??? How, I told her when I made advance reservations? She didn't reply.
