Place looks great decent on the outside, but, rooms smell so so so BAD, the smell of humidity is a big concern on this place. Also, I went to have breakfast at 9:20am and there was absolutely nothing left, very RUDE lady in charge told me she no time to get more food. So breakfast its only from 7am till 8:30 or 9:00am and NOT until 10am. Great location lots of restaurants near by, but the smell on the room, the wet sheets, and the dirty comforter rude customer service gets a 1 star rating from me!
Stayed for 2 nights to go to Sandfest. Good hotel for the price. Bed was a little firm for my liking but linens were comfortable and fresh. Room smelled fresh upon entering. The front desk girl was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical for choice hotel property. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and doing a great job. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. We would stay here again.
Nice clean place. Staff was very friendly and professional. Definitely will use again in Ingleside and recommend!
