I booked a double queen bed room for 4 adults. I arrive and Abby at the front desk says “well we overbooked rooms so I’m just going to switch you guys to the king bed with a pull out couch”. I said no I booked the double queen and she’s arguing with me saying I didn’t. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she said she’s out of town and had to call her supervisor, Kelly, who was at home. The supervisor comes in and acts like she has no idea what is happening. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Included hot breakfast had everything we wanted in a clean dining area. We would definitely stay there again.
