$60 motel experience for a $120 price. Ants on the 3rd floor. Carpets are filthy. Breakfast isn't worth getting out of bed for. Building sits in the armpit of an on-ramp. Pictures of hotel were highly misleading. Kept waking up all night because the bed is fully box spring and the pillows are small. Occasional sewer smell crept into my room. At least they had cookies in the lobby haha!

⸻ I had a wonderful experience during check-out today thanks to the front desk clerk. She was extremely nice and helpful, taking the time to explain the fees clearly and patiently listening to my concerns. Her positive attitude made the process smooth and stress-free. I also noticed how warmly she greeted other guests with a smile, creating such a welcoming environment. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference—I really appreciated it!

This place is DISGUSTING, smell is atrocious. We are running away from this place as soon as its light outside. Im not showering here the bathroom smells so awful im scared to use the water. Please stay somewhere else if you're in this area and spare yourself the ick.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel on our way to FL. It's easy to get to and usually is very nice. We checked in very late and the clerk that helped me was the same one we always see. She is very nice and helpful. This time will be our last stay. The parking lot has become very sketchy, with people hanging around after 1am, it felt very unsafe.
