Beautiful room for my anniversary. I had the suite with the hot tub. I decorated it for my husband and I loved the staff. They were very kind. I would recommend this for any couple wanting to celebrate honeymoon, anniversary etc.

Headed to Florida from Indiana decided to stop at 2am, booking reviews were great, so thought why not… yeah, strong smell of mildew in the rooms (2 rooms). My husband does HVAC for a living, opened the unit and it’s FULL of mold, my mother in law is very allergic. Carpets were wet from all the moisture, the bedding was wet from the moisture.

Horrible from start to finish! Floor being torn up at entry between the sets of double doors. Interior doors locked. Dust everywhere! Workers did not properly prep area; NO barrier sheeting or anything else. Worker knocked on glass to get attention of Front Desk employee, who was on the 2nd floor. That employee said to me, sorry about door being locked, I'm keeping the dust out. That's not true - dust is everywhere! What you or the manager or owner needed to do was put SAFETY and HEALTH first. Had 2 rooms. Roaches in one bed bugs in the other! They could have cared less!!!

I would like to say thank you to the staff...every time I stay here...they have been wonderful to me and my new wife....when I got married..I stayed here..they had fixed my room up beautiful...love them for doing this....every two weeks I come home to Valdosta i stay here....thank you all...
