I have stayed at this Sleep Inn in 2022 and 2023 for dog shows. This year I reserved 7/17-7/21/24, again for the dog show. I brought 2 dogs and talked to the hotel twice about the dogs before coming. They have new management and it's awful. I never received ANY housekeeping services. The staff just ignored me. I asked housekeeping every day for fresh towels and toilet paper. Every day I was told "No speak English". The front desk staff would tell me no towels, all in wash. I finally got clean towels and toilet paper on Frida... read more
