Great Hotel. Easy checking and check out. Quiet clean rooms. Recently remodeled. Great bed and sheets. Breakfast was plentiful. Waffles, eggs, toast, bagels. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Faultless. I stayed here again one week later - and the second night was just as good as the first. Easy 2 AM check in - and again the breakfast was great - love those waffles.
This was my first time staying in Rockford and stayed here as I enjoy the Sleep Inn brand. I was disappointed with this location. My Choice Rewards status states I should get a welcome gift and I was not offered one. The room was in ok condition but not very clean, had stains on curtain and damaged/unmaintained furniture. The bathroom door did not line up flush so it did not lock. Breakfast had good selection. Location is great for easy access.
Stayed for business trip. Room was good. Carpet in hall needs updated. Staff friendly. Breakfast was ok, sausage and little overcooked and butter is hard for being in the fridge, didn't get to have toast.
