The Customer Service was not bad. The location wasn’t the best.
So sad we used our points to stay,the bathroom is so small it's like showering in a closet and it's dirty,dated and just gross.The dirty burlap frame the TV is mounted on is just disgusting.The mold and musty smell is overpowering!
Double queen beds has the sink in the main room. No shelf at all in the bathroom. Sliding door to bathroom was broke and very hard to close
