I had to cancel a night that I did not need to stay. Kevin was amazing and was very diligent on making sure I received a fair reimbursement for the night I did not need to stay.
Nice staff. Choose a room on an upper level as they are used less often. Not high end but nice for the price. I have stayed in this chain for the last several months while teavelling for work. Never a bad experience.
The bed was clean and comfortable. I bring/brought disinfectant to clean objects, floor, bathtub. Fixtures and furniture are fairly new. It may vary from room to room but they allowed me to look at the room prior to staying. There was a landline phone, shopping within walking distance, especially food (groceries, drive throughs, Mexican and Italian food, etc.) Good tv access. Checkout was noon. Price was somewhat reasonable.
