Room smelt a bit mildew-y and breakfast wasn’t as full as the photos make it out to be. Wished there were some bread or bagel options - don’t recommend the hard boiled eggs. Other than that, quiet and comfortable stay!
The woman at front desk is the nastiest person I have ever met. She has no clue what customer service is. She was rude and very very smart elic when we tried to tell her we used the same credit card to book the room. Instead of listening she kept I talking over me and then yelled what is my problem. Then said to me. "You can stay somewhere else"!! She is an Indian lady that wears glasses. The room tv remote was nasty and sticky and floor felt like they had been washed. The mgr. Air conditioning did not function.
The strangest, smelliest hotel I've ever been in. Just do yourself a favor, if your traveling through...just go down to the next exit.
