On August 2, 2026 I walked into room 414 with the smell of damp moldy towel filling the room. I then turn on the AC thinking it would give fresh air but just made it worse. After a while, I noticed all the lampshades had mold growing on them. My friend in room 418 also stated his room smelled like mold. the water fount was broken no water at all they charge security deposit 100.00 what in charlotte i was not charged also the room way small than comcord near airport thr cleaness i give 2.5 star the size. of room as well no water at brakfast room forcing guess to buy water while there no pool i was expecting way more from sleep in hotel in Raleigh NC
HONEST REVIEW FROM A PICKY SLEEPER Dated but renovated, the only part of room 119 that needs replacing is the lamp shades (which are super sketch) besides that the room is great, super comfy beds and 8 fluffy pillows + loud AC = perfect nights sleep. I woke up refreshed. Did I mention the comforter and sheets are super soft and super white (I inspected for stains).
