Stayed at this location on 11/01-11/02. I am a platinum member so I called around 12 to see if I can check in early well the front desk clerk advised early check in is a $30 fee but why would I need to pay an extra fee if I am a platinum member and if a room is available why not let me check in🙄. Not a problem went over around 2 and was able to check in but when I called the front desk around 8pm to ask if they had an extra hair dryer because the one in room 116 was not working , I could not understand anything she said bef... read more
Elevator doesn't work consistently. Room had slight musty smell. Lamp shade is filthy. Coffee maker missing essential pod drawer. Breakfast was available and hour late. Only 1 bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. Otherwise, all was well. Safe location and beds sleep fine.
Clean. HVAC easy to operate so able to get room quiet comfortable for a good rest. Bed and pillows comfortable as well.
Bedbugs in rooms 312 & 216… I suspect the whole hotel… I started off in room 312 then by 2 AM. I moved to room 216 and there’s still another attack… The front desk denies knowing about it being pervasive, but it seems to be based on other reviews.. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel.. Very bad experience…
