The location is centrally located to get to Durham & Raleigh. Sam the front desk staff took care of my request. Easy Check-in and Check-out. Coming to the area I will advise my booking agent to this location a priority.

If I could give one star I would. Upon arrival and inspection the room that was booked for me had mold in multiple areas. Mold was on the curtains, and all of the lamp shades. The window had a huge crack going down it and the screen to the window was punched out. When I voiced these concerns they told me they had a no refund policy, no other rooms, and the cleaners would not come until tomorrow. Truck got ROBBED while Sleeping, in front of Cameras, But Nobody Seen Nothing. Truck next to mine ROBBED ALSO!! NO VIDEO HAS BEEN PROVIDED!! tbh may have been INSIDE JOB!! I Specifically asked when checking in if they had any problems with the parking lot. Also Elevator Didn't work!! Shower dr handle Broken,room Smelled Funny,Not Good! When checking out, asked manager to contact Me, I still haven't heard from him. "Crickets"!!!!

Horrible experience. Customer service is horrible. Was in a room with a broke microwave, called someone to tell them about it and was told to just use the one downstairs. Wanted to let them know before checking out that the microwave was not working because I didn’t want to get charged, they didn’t even know and asked if I told someone already? It should’ve been documented when I called the night prior. Wouldn’t recommend at all

The personnel here is friendly and the hotel is clean. Hotel is conveniently located to interstate and walking distance to a variety of restaurants.
