I love staying at sleep in but this one was the worst of them all 1st they locked down the ac on u 2ed its very expensive for what u get out of it 3red the railroad has a lot of rooms there so going in and out all night long so if u want a good night of sleep u best find a room on the 3rd floor. But I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice . I hate too that they lock the ac down to one temporary and the ac was off in the room on the day I was there it was 89 outside so just think what the room was.

I know, it's a sleep inn, but the rokm given for me and my children was just upsetting. The AC was leaking some type of water and the floor around the AC unit and window was wet. The closer door was complete off the track and just leaning again the wall (Room 309), especially consider I was traveling with two children. It was just plain dangerous. I have stayed at many Sleep Inns and Comfort Inns, and don't get me wrong, it's a sleep in, butwould not use this hotel again.

On May 4/25, I stayed at the Sleep Inn, which was the worst experience I have had. The customer service was terrible. It was impossible to get my room cleaned, and I discovered roaches by my nightstand. The water also would not get hot in the shower. After I complained to the front desk, they did nothing.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Sleep Inn. The hot water barely worked, and we even found roaches in the room, which was completely unacceptable. We also asked multiple times for our bed sheets to be changed, and the staff never did it. The overall cleanliness and customer service were very poor. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience, in Pelham Al
