Elevators not working. 2nd time this has happened at a Choice Hotel within a year. I might be done with Choice. No discounts. Difficult carrying your luggage up a couple of flights of steps. Choice is going downhill. Internet wouldn't connect so I had to call the front desk for help. We arrived 5:30pm on a Saturday. The cleaning cart and lady were still working. Pelham AL.

Do not stay here!! My in-laws just stayed there initially they got room 104 . The heater wouldn't work and the room was freezing and so they moved them to room 115 but the rooms door wouldn't shut. The latch and locks were broken. So at any moment they could get walked in on through the night. They were extremely uncomfortable with that so they then moved them to room 321. That room had bugs all over. They had to flush them in the toilet throw them in the trash. That is extremely disgusting!!! It was the 3rd time they change... read more
