Not suprised. Cheaper hotel. Carpet definitely needed a serious cleaning/ replacement. I always inspect beds for friends. The mattress protector definitely had red stains, appeared to be blood or wine. 3rd floor says no smoking, my kiddos complained and asked if there was a bar or party... due to the overwhelming cigarette smell. Breakfast was decent eggs waffles and sausage, and cereal, muffins and toast.

If I could give zero stars I would. The only good thing about this hotel was location near the sports complex. The entire place was extremely dirty. The kids feet were black if they walked barefoot. The bedspreads were dirty and had to be asked to be changed. Our room had carpet peeling up and the curtains were falling down. It appeared that cleaning was at minimum. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but there were empty cigarette boxes in the stairwells and half smoked cigarettes all over and it smelled like someone ... read more

I’d give a Zero if I could. Stains on the bed and sheets. Mold on the walls. Hairs in the tub. Toilet seat had pee on it and the room smelled of smoke and urine. The dresser drawers would not stay closed(my husband is partially blind and kept tripping on the drawer in an accessible room!)and the ac would not work. We were here for less than 40 minutes to find a new hotel and they still tried to charge us. If I could give it a zero start I would. Dirty, broken down furniture, found roaches in my room on the first night and the room smells like they've been smoking in it all day. The gym is non-existent and I wouldn't even go near the pool. Management needs a complete overhaul of the place from top to bottom..
