I made a reservation for my family of 4. I am a Choice rewards member and I have NEVER had an issue with my bookings. My reservation was made at 2 in the afternoon. I spent the day with my family at Busch Gardens, riding rides and ignoring all calls as I was enjoying my family time. At the end of the day after the park had closed. I would not stay here again for free. The noise level was horrible, you could hear tvs in other rooms and people walking in the hallway was like elephants. The beds were fulls, not queens as advertised and very uncomfortable. There was also mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.

So bad, rooms are small with low ceilings and not sound proof. Service was not good late at night when we arrived for check in. Breakfast was 5/10. I would not go back

The staff was pleasant and attentive, the price for my stay was really good considering other hotel prices and my room (204) was clean and comfortable. This hotel is literally right off of highway 75 which made it really easy for me to find. I'm making this hotel my goto spot for sure!
