I arrived late around 1am on the weekend. The reception at the front desk and check-in process was a breeze. The problems started when I was finally in the room. There was a smell that I couldn't really tell where it was coming from. I thought it might have been the AC unit but it wasn't. I went to the front desk to let the front desk know. She was very helpful and understanding about the issue. I was exhausted so decided to go back up and deal with the issue the next morning.

Everything was fine till we turned the lights on and roaches scattered everywhere. Didn't get pics but there were more than 10 living roaches in our room.

Close to the hospital with clean and spacious room. The shower door needs to be replaced to avoid water leaking onto floor. That can be a liability

I have to give one star because of the pillows. Very nice place but the pillows are terrible. It’s like they took regular sized super cheap pillows, cut them in half and put them in a large pillow case. They aren’t even enough to support an infants head. The bed was very comfortable but the infant size cheap pillows made sleeping very uncomfortable. It’s so hard to believe that they use these pillows.
