I stayed for two nights and my experience was terrible. The first room they gave me had a horrible smell — a mix of dampness, something old, and feet. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a room change because there was no way I could stay there for two nights with that smell. The new room they gave me also had an unpleasant odor, though not as strong. I returned to the front desk again, and they told me that was the only room available. Very friendly staff. Was traveling for work and they are very accommodating! Would stay again next time in Lufkin.

Fantastic family trip. Super nice staff and everything we needed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable . I love that they have tea and coffee anytime you want.

From the moment I checked in I was treated great. Monica made sure that everything was in order. And even asked me about if the room was satisfactory. Food options were delivery only. As this side of town has limited options.
