When I first walked into this hotel, the Front desk was very nice and patient The room is pretty the beds are soft like feathers. The bathroom is like a sauna ( in a good way )The coffee and tea is very nice. Don’t get me started on that pool that pool is absolutely amazing. The only thing not very A complain excuse The pool is just a little hot though 4/5
My first room smelled straight up dogs and they knew I didn't have animals, the a,/c was full of rusted, the walls had allot of molded, fridge didn't work, they gave me another room it was still in the same thing I have picture to prove it I felt very sick after that stuffy nose it was real bad
Very nice stay and the people were very nice
Great customer service Andy was amazing and helping me and my team. I will recommend anyone that's traveling to stay here. Again Andy was very helpful in assisting us.
