Dear Management, At approximately 4:45 p.m. today, I called your front desk to check room availability. Instead of receiving assistance, the staff repeatedly picked up the phone and immediately hung up without saying a single word. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Because of that experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Hotel is dirty, old and has a weird moldy smell. The area is scetch. Drug deals going on in parking lot. They don't even try to hide it. Lots of weird characters walking around at night. Several people were camped out in parking lot with chairs and tables. Very weird and scary place.
