I would not suggest people stay in this hotel, no cancellation option. They will keep the money and not refund it, if you do not like the room. I have very sensitive nasals and the product the cleaning crew used gave me a headache. Plus there was a UV/ Tube looking thing that gave off a burning smell. Now I am out of $114.
Rooms are clean but small. The cleaning people do a phenomenal job keeping my room sanitary. The breakfast is pretty good, and always ready early in the morning. The desk help are rarely there, and are either on their phones smoking or have earbuds in not paying any attention to guests. The elevator needs to be sprayed with Lysol, it has a bad smell in it. Ok place, reasonably clean, rooms have slight odor. Would stay again.
Honestly, I'm looking forward to coming back into town so that I can stay at this hotel again. The room was nice, the facilities were great, and the location was excellent. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. But the real star of this experience was Brandon. Unbeatable customer service! Got us checked in, recognized us the next day to follow up about our trip. He was friendly and kind when we needed assistance, and treated every guest he interacted with like family. That thick male (with finger tattoos) on the evening shift of 7/12/25 was the RUDEST & LAZIEST receptionist that I have EVER SEEN! He was lounging when I arrived and wasn't too thrilled to have to get up to check me in. I greeted him not the other way around.
