The worker Nicole was a total disrespectful rude and had the worst hospitality I’ve ever had!!! Motel 6 service was way better then this!!!!!. I stayed on 02/23/26 she was rude! Very disrespectful talked about how guests looked in front of me while Smoking a nasty cigarette and I wasn’t by the smoking area since I am stage 2 lung cancer. We stayed here this past weekend and the room itself wasn't bad if you could get past the smell. We came in around midnight from a concert and it was awful. We complained later that morning and she said okay. We checked out and I looked at my account this morning and there's an extra $20 charge from there. I called them and they told me they had to charge me because we "stole " a towel. Are you serious! I stated that there was only one in there when we arrived. She said no it wasn't. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for my needs. Kudos to the young man/gentleman at the front desk that checked me in - his friendliness, professionalism, & smiling face was just what I needed after a long day on the road. He even offered discount coupons for local restaurants. The only constructive criticism I have is that the free guest WiFi is awful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again myself.
