Staff were good, but the room had ants, the A/C dripped condensation into the carpet the whole weekend, the TV was mounted crooked, and the sliding bathroom door was difficult to close/latch properly. Also the bed was pretty firm, but that's more of a personal preference, just be aware what to expect. Probably won't be staying here again.
I needed a quiet and comfortable place to rest after an exhausting week of little rest and a lot of work. The front desk representative was very kind and accommodating. I thought the room was kind of charming and the bed was clean and very comfortable. Although the hotel seemed to be understaffed, my stay was reasonably priced and comfortable. For this type of hotel, it was definitely a 5star visit.
