Very musty smell in room. Mold in the A/C unit. Room 111. No one was at the front desk to change my room as I arrived late night. Had to open the window, cover unit with towels, use bathroom fan. Hotel is right next to the 40 so I had to hear the trucks and traffic zoom by through the night. In the morning, I went to the front desk with photos of the visible mold on the evaporator coils to alert them to the issue and request a refund. The only issue was you constantly have to sign back into the Wi-Fi, constantly, not exaggerating. Downloading speed was consistently 14.84mbps
Clean, great mattress, friendly and cheerful.
Rooms were clean quiet had mini fridge and updated but small. Beds were SOOOO hard. AC didn't cool the room. Location was great. Quick Uber drive to Pepsi amphitheater, Walmart was a walk across the street. Staff was all nice. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt banana breads and muffins. Perfect for free continental. Coffee and juice. It was kept full. Pool and hot tub were nice, clean.
Great place to stay! Comfortable rooms and beds- there's even carpet on the floor and not laminate! The staff was friendly and service oriented. Hotel is in good shape and nicely decorate. Hot drinks (cocoa/coffee) available 24/7. Regular hotel breakfast, but nicely done. Highly recommended for this hotel category. FYI, no freezer in the in-room refrigerator
