Una muy mala experiencia en el estacionamiento no había alumbrado y las cámaras no funcionaban, abrieron nuestro auto y robaron todas nuestras pertenencias toooooodooooooo y al momento de ir a que nos mostraran las cámaras no funcionaban la vdd en la noche esta Super oscuro el estacionamiento
For the most part it was great! But the tvs do not work well we had to have staff fix it once and then we had to fix it ourselves three more times after that. Check out is at 11 but we had house keepers pounding on our door at 10:30 I know we were close to checkout but I was trying to feed my baby. They knocked once and I asked them to hold on and the continued to knock until I came to the door. The lady was then very pushy about us leaving even though we still had thirty minutes. Hotel was clean and well kept up.. clean pool and hot tub and nice hot breakfast .. rooms was nice bed comfy
Hotel was clean, pictures look way nicer and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was basic and we didn’t have enough eggs one day and no bacon most days (4 day stay). Reason for the one star is they charged a 10% “Flagstaff prop 414 fee” that is illegal, to cover the city’s minimum wage policy. They can charge whatever they want and build it into the base cost but not add it as a charge to customers on top of the agreed room rate. I am reporting them and hope they will stop.
good location, good breakfast. Rooms are a bit smaller than other Sleep Inn's location I've been but its okay.
