It wasn’t a bad hotel but the front desk person at the time wasn’t the best. Nobody is perfect but you can’t be a robot about things either. A little customer service goes a long way even if it’s just a sorry. Pool was dirty, no towels.

I stayed here one night and will never stay here again. I had a large patch of mold in my room, an ac/heating unit that wouldn't shut off and water in shower would not shut off. To make matters worse there was a fire alarm at 6am. The free breakfast was disgusting an employee dropped coffee filters on the floor then used them and oj was sour. To top things off even the ice maker didn't work.

I just wanted to share my experience with the front desk, clerk Cody. He did a great job definitely went above and beyond to help. He made the experience pleasant and worth visiting. I am a truck driver and was not sure if there was any parking for me there at that hotel however he helped me to get my truck parked in their parking lot and was able to assist me with getting a room to get some rest. I just wanted to make sure that this company knew what a great employee they have!!
