my room was clean and lobby. front desk and staff was very welcoming. Very convenient to travel to my grandson graduation.. price was good.
Rooms are dirty. The floor are sticky and bathroom was not clean. Toilet seat had pee on it No hot water
TERRIBLE!!!! when I got my room floor was very sticky, mold in showers, no hot water. I was there for 3 days and hot water was never fixed. Also lady that works at breakfast loves to randomly scream at everyone to use tongs and hover over you while you grab food. I got 3 rooms and none of the locks on the bathrooms worked in any of the rooms. My daughter turned on the air in one of the rooms and black dust flew out! No matter how cheap do not book!! Not worth it
Everything was less than desirable. The shower drain was plugged and drained super slow. Asked the front desk to get it fixed, was told it was a result of the cleaning crew neglecting their duties. They promised to get it fixed - it was not fixed and it was apparent that no effort was made to fix it. The water was luke-warm (was told this was a known problem). Room was not clean (hair on bed, dog hair in bathroom ,etc.) , door did not lock when you left the room, black mold growing in bathroom, was there for 4 days an the room was not serviced once, shower had no hot water, only lukewarm, the "free breakfast" is some soggy sausages and a make your own waffle machine. Also heard multiple gunshots across the street. Not a clean place, not a safe area. I went as a solo female to see my military partner, I did not feel safe at all.
