I want to thank Thomas for being the first person to help me. After coming in late after 2 delayed flights, he helped me out and even after I asked for a good vending machine he did tell me about the drink machine but then took it a step further and have me a member welcome bag. I thanked him and even though I booked by a third party, I did tell him I was a member. I just didn't want to take away from someone's bag. We stayed for a night while driving through. Generally alright hotel. The toilet was a little worn, and there was a distinct smell of perfume or cleaning agents in the room. The AC was pretty loud. A single ant in the room. Friendly staff.

This was my first ever stay in Beaver, WV. The location was great as it was right off the interstate. I do want to make one important note, this hotel has two floors and no elevator. I was originally given a room on the second floor but I had lots of luggage and without an elevator it was not happening. When I got into the room it was clean, I did find a single ant but I am sure that can happen being located in the mountains. I was taken back a bit by how small the room was especially the bathroom.
