My recent stay with Sleep Inn at this location from the first night we checked in has been horrible. The first day we arrived which was early in the morning after driving 12 hours from NC. We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 a.m. walked in the hotel and we had to wait for 5 min before we realized there was a white male in the laundry room listening to music with headphones blaring because we had to get his attention. I brought my son and his friend to Sandusky for spring break and needed a room for overnight. I booked this in advance and got a great deal. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially for the price. I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel looked brand new and was very clean. It has a very modern layout and our walk in shower was an added bonus. The staff was very friendly, even allowing us a late check-out so we could sleep in after a busy day at Kalahari water park. I would definitely stay here again!
This hotel is perfect to stay after a long day spent riding roller coasters or island hopping. The rooms are spacious, clean, and homey, and although we didn't indulge, the free breakfast looked like it had adequate options (you can't be picky if it's free!). I will definitely consider this hotel for future trips to Sandusky!
This was a fantastic hotel to stay at. I have been to many hotels in the area and this was by far one of the better ones that I have stayed at. The room that we stayed in was well worth the money. I would recommend this to people who wanted a great place to stay for a great price!

I totally enjoyed my stay here and thank you so much. The man at the desk was so nice. he even gave me a butter knife spoons and forks to cut my kids cake.
