The bathroom had dirt on the walls, they only provided two sets of towels, and we reserved a double bed room but was given a single bed When we complained, was told they have no other options available. The TV was unplugged and we had a little difficulty finding a plug for it. The housekeeper we spoke to was kind.

We checked in after a long drive from Tampa so get some rest. Once in the room the room smell awful then my cousin when to use the bathroom and discovered a roach walking down the wall. How disgusting! The receptionist was apologetic and gave us another room. I didn’t sleep at all because I couldn’t stop thinking about the unhealthy surroundings. Please don’t stay in the Roach Motel! (Literally)
