The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the hot breakfast was good. I will stay here again
I was debating whether I wanted to write this considering i still had an overall good experience at this particular hotel. I did want to say though. Everyone was absolute sweethearts I didn’t get the older woman name that checked me in that night but she was an older Caucasian lady who made me feel so welcomed. I called down the next morning to ask that my sheets and Linen get washed or switched however because it had a brown stain at the head of the bed. The Caucasian lady was still there. The cleanest quietest in Florence. Staff is great and they actually clean the rooms and wash the bedding. Highly recommend
