Location was fine. Right off the highway. Service was fine. Young man at the front desk was super helpful. The room was fine so why a 2 star? The mattress really was uncomfortable. No other way to put it. I wouldn't go back just based on that. You're there for a good night's sleep. Didn't happen.
The front desk lady at night was very nice and accommodated me on such a last minute notice for a room for work. Room wasn't the best bit a decent place to wash up and get a some sleep for a night or two.
We stayed there last weekend for the Darlington Race. Checking in was easy and the front desk lady very polite and friendly. We had a first floor room it was clean throughout including the shower. Room didn’t smell like cigarette smoke or the hallway. Breakfast was good especially the waffles and eggs. The staff kept the property clean and the lobby, never actually looked at the pool. Room was clean. Reception was clean as well. Staff is polite and friendly. Not much to do in area.
The hotel rooms are old and need to be update.Dirty,smelly, mold in room.unsafe place to stay because of the condition of the hotel rooms.waiting on my complaint to be addressed.
