I have reservation for two days, and I called to confirm. I received bad service from the manager, Den. I haven't even arrived at my reservation and I've already had bad customer service.
Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Idc if you’re poor it’s not worth it. If I could give this 1 star I would. We went here to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary after the Hank Williams jr concert in Raleigh. The room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a “smoke free hotel.” Our entire room was dirty and dingy, the blanket in between the bottom and top sheet was stained yellow like it had been in a smokers house for years.
