The hotel is beautiful. I can see that you are making improvements but there are some issues that is a major concern. Managers should supervise the staff after every task. This will ensure that the work was done properly. *Floors, stairs, rooms are not clean. This is the third day staying here and we have seen room for improvement. Best hotel in KY. Mom and I stay in KY hotels often on our road trips as it's the half way point to visit our hometown. This hotel experience was by far the best we've ever had on these trips. Rooms were spotless, everything like new- housekeeping was clearly fantastic. We were helped by asst mgr Tabitha on check in. All around awesome hotel even in the height of Derby season!
