The Sleep Inn has always been convenient because it's a few blocks from their home. Buyer beware...After booking a room through a booking website and pre-paying to get a lower rate, my spouse and I (both professionals) attempted to check-in. Upon providing the requested information (name, address, etc) we were told we couldn't stay there because we lived within 30 miles of the hotel. No explanation was given, no questions answered other than "that is our policy." We were told by the manager that we should have seen the pop-up warning of the policy on "the website". My husband, kids and I checked in to the Sleep Inn in Nampa, *****. When we pulled back the sheets, it looked like blood stains on the comforter. The other bed had little black specs.it was absolutely disgusting. Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The Regional Manager finally contacted me and indicated that they could not refund the night we checked in, even when we only occupied the room for less than an hour.
