the staff is very friendly and helpful. the room is clean and comfortable with excellent a/c. the location is very convenient to stores and restaurants. the breakfast serving of muffins, fruit and coffee is good for a quick bite in your room. overall it is a great value hotel in the north end of hilton head island.
Stay away from this place, there were two roaches in my room. When I told the front desk associate, she was defensive and claimed it was out of her control, offering no real apology. For any hotel, especially one under a national brand, cleanliness should be the bare minimum. The hallways, furniture, and carpets were outdated, dusty, scratched, and dented, which is completely misleading compared to the photos online.
