I booked here with Booking.com but when I arrived it turned out I had to be 21 to check in but no where on their page is that shown so I spoke to the staff and to booking.com to get my refund. That was 3 MOTNHS AGO I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY REFUND. Mike the manager has lied to me right to my face telling me he will contact me even took down my name and number but still has not given me anything. UPDATE: IM PRESSING CHARGES
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay and they kept the coffee ready. The room was okay but there was an odor when I first walked into room. In my opinion they should rip out the carpet and put in the wood plank tile. This would make the room more presentable. The carpet was stained. The bedding was clean and there was plenty of towels.
Location is great, many stores and restaurants near by. But my room was noisy, could hear people next door and across the hall. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
