I have been trying to contact sleep healthy New York for the last month. Nobody has reached out or helped me regarding the appliance. I feel very scared to reach out because both the doctor and Ari discourage or make me feel ashamed when I request for help in my appliance. The right side of my appliance the shape is different from the left side. I try reaching out to you guys and filled out the form that you guys gave and nobody reached out. The Staff along with Dr Mermelstein and Ari were very professional and courteous .Ari worked with my insurance company to have the Oral appliance covered even though it took some time it was worth the wait . I have received the appliance and the Dr along with Ari made sure the appliance fit correctly and also explained, how to make adjustments in addition to proper care of it. Would recommend this office to Family and Friends .
Staff here is nice and handles patients professional way.
Great job with my Sleep Apnea mouth peice. Not only that but frequent check ups to see how I was doing with the device. With most doctors I get the backlight guarantee. As soon as they lose sight of my back lights on my car they could care less. But not at Leading Edge. It's nice to feel like you are actually cared for. Thank you Leading Edge.
