I can’t recommend Sleep Heathy Hawaii enough. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I knew I couldn’t deal with the mask so they recommended a custom mouth guard. I was initially skeptical because I had tried multiple ones from amazon that didn’t fix the problem. The mouth guard that the team designed for me cured my snoring immediately. I have been sleeping on couch for almost a year because my snoring kept my wife awake, so it’s great to be back in my bed.
