Dr Hopkins is one of those few doctors that takes the time to ask questions and give you advice, doesn't look like she is in a hurry, is genuinely interested in what you have to say. I have been going there for around 6 years and I highly recommend this Sleep Medicine Practice.
Staff was extremely rude. Could not connect to Televisit so they told me to find another doctor. Tried to charge me for a televisit qhen their system would not allow me to connect. This Dr. Doesnt care about you ir about when her staff wont be helpful. Terrible experience. Refused to engage. Go anywhere else. You will loose sleep over the way you are treated
Attentive care and very helpful navigating the CPAP devices
They overbilled me and refuse to issue a refund. Calls go unreturned. Their medical billing provider insists they owe me a refund. Now I have to report them to the state.
