Tracy is very thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything as we went and covered all of my questions. The whole staff was friendly and I felt comfortable that I was in great hands!
Dr Hopkins is one of those few doctors that takes the time to ask questions and give you advice, doesn't look like she is in a hurry, is genuinely interested in what you have to say. I have been going there for around 6 years and I highly recommend this Sleep Medicine Practice.
Staff was extremely rude. Could not connect to Televisit so they told me to find another doctor. Tried to charge me for a televisit qhen their system would not allow me to connect. This Dr. Doesnt care about you ir about when her staff wont be helpful. Terrible experience. Refused to engage. Go anywhere else. You will loose sleep over the way you are treated
