I was very disappointed. While the nurse was wonderful, the ambience is anything but what is advertised on their website. On their website they have these beautifully appointed rooms with comforters and say attached, or private bathroom. My bathroom was a shared bathroom in the hallway. My room had a thin sheet and a thin, white, hospital blanket on the bed. The excuse was "Well, we don't wash the comforters every day, so we use these." The technician for my visit was Briana. She was very professional, courteous and attentive and she could not have done any more than she did to make my visit as pleasant as it was. Briana explained each step in the process and made every effort to accommodate all my needs. The room and private bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend Sleep Healers. The location is perfect for minimal traffic noise from the outside. The sleep study room was tidy and comfortable, and Zach, my technician, was very courteous and professional. I especially liked the ability to control my room's temperature. It was a very pleasant experience.
I arrived there at 10:15 p.m. for my 10:30 appt. I was met at the door by a very friendly technician, Michelle, and shown to my bedroom. The bedroom was nicely furnished with a TV and an attached bathroom with shower. You could adjust the temperature to your comfort, which I placed at 70 degrees. Michelle was very friendly & knowledgeable having been doing this job for 10 years.
