POOR customer service. My 2 year and 1 month old CPAP machine began making a whining noise 2+ weeks ago, so I called Sleep Healers twice and left a message, I also sent an email. I finally called again a few days ago and was told be a very polite lady that I'm out of luck, I would have to get a new sleep study and new CPAP because the manufacturer, Resmed, does not service their machines. It would have been nice to either have been told this 2 weeks ago or have gotten a return call.
