Dr. Drake and I have really appreciated the great customer service too. They are always there to guide us and answer our questions. Sleep Group Solutions is the reason Dental Sleep Medicine is now such a large part of my practice. I have been to many Sleep seminars and I can categorically say that that their method of training is light years ahead of anyone else in this area. This company is extremely uncooperative as they refuse to credit any of my $9,000 that I paid for 2 of their home sleep study units. Neither of the units were ever opened and SGS acknowledged in writing that they received both units in June 2016. I would caution any dentist considering purchasing their home sleep study equipment from SGS although I have been using their pharyngometer for many years successfully. RecommendedI singed on in June with SGS and I am glad I did... great support and services... this treatment modality requires time and patience but it is worth it! It would be a lot more difficult to navigate without the services that SGS provides.I delivered my first OSA oral device yesterday using SGS systems and services ..
