We have been long time partners with SGS for over 4 years. We have always had great experiences with all staff in this orginization. Especially our regional director, Ashley. She is always on top of things and willing to do whatever she can to best support our office. I have been a client with sleep group solutions for 2.5 yesrs now. My regional manager is Ashley and she has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions quickly. I have been very pleased with the communication and level of professionalism I have received since working with them. I would highly recommend working with this group.
Would give zero stars if I could. After paying over $70k to join them and two years of promises. Lost all of that money with no ROI. Over promise and under deliver is the under statement of a century. Payments for services took almost a year. Many referred patients were never followed up on and reported rude interactions. My “sleep consultant” was suppose to have monthly support meetings and in the two years met with me via phone twice. Promised KPI’s and never received. Promised referrals- never happened. We have had an AMAZING experience! The training was so thorough and informative. Ashley was so patient with our questions. She makes it so easy to get in touch with her for questions that have popped up after the initial training. We love all of the extra videos and handouts that we can go step by step through this process. I highly recommend Sleep Group Solutions! We Love Them All!
