I received excellent customer service from the staff from the point of phone call, to the in-person appointment, and Dr. Peter Nkansah treated my son with respect, patience and understanding of his condition, my 7-yr old felt comfortable with him riggt away. The dental procedure went on smoothly, and the follow-up was also great, they called the next day to check on my son. I highly recommend Dr. Kansas and his team!
If I could give it negative stars I would. I was extremely afraid of dentists. I had been going to this office for over 10 years, in the beginning I was with dr isen and he was nice and friendly and working towards conquering my fear of dentists. At some point a few years back I got switched to dr nkansah. When I was told I had to have all my upper teeth out I trusted him. Well that was a huge mistake. Not only was the denture too big, but I had bone fragments from the pulled teeth jutting out from my gums. It was painful. T... read more
