Teach your employees about adjustable bedding. Why don't you have a sample of a sheet set so people can see what they look like. Funny how you only show what the corners look like but customers are unable to view the long sides of the bedding which is IMPORTANT for adjustable mattresses. Then you tell customers they can't return the sheets if the fit isn't right. I don't even have to sleep on them. He also helped me pick out some pillows and a couple of other things. It was a fast and easy shopping experience based around finding something for all of my needs. Not the typical salesman push.
